Directions: Brown 1lb italian sausage or meatballs. Mix package with 2 cups whipping cream or milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 small can tomato paste and browned italian sausage or meatballs. Bring to a boil and cook 7 minutes on high, stirring frequently until pasta is done. Pour mixture into an 8x8 casserole dish and top with grated parmesan cheese.
